Writing Code
I write code every day to build my site.
When I don’t know something, I ask ChatGPT and keep moving forward.
I drop my child off at daycare and spend the whole day in front of my computer — battling back pain and a sore butt.
These days, ChatGPT can answer most questions.
Which makes me wonder — do people even bother visiting websites to look for information anymore?
So then, is there still a reason to build a website today?
Maybe the answer lies in firsthand experience.
In writing about what you’ve actually done, in your own words.
ChatGPT is incredibly helpful, but it’s not perfect.
“Do this.”
“Then do that.”
“Next, follow this step.”
“And finally, finish it like this.”
But when I follow those instructions in order, the end result often ends up different from what I originally planned with ChatGPT.
Hmm.
Maybe there is still a reason to build a site… after all.
